Cranberry sauce

Ingredients
* 1 Bag fresh cranberries (12 oz)
* 1 Teaspoon baking stevia (Steviva blend)
* 1 Cup of water
* 1/4 Teaspoon sea salt

Directions
1. Put cranberries in a pot on the stove and through to soft and/or Brown, choose Remove.
2. Add the rest of the ingredients, stirring and boil on medium heat.
3. Stir often. The Cranberries POPs and let your "gel" - and the sauce is coming together like magic. Cook, until the sauce consistency you want is approximately 5 to 10 minutes.

The Diet Solution Program - Stuffed peppers

Ingredients

6-8 Peppers (green, Orange, red or yellow)
2 (4 Oz) cans diced green chiles
1 Lb. ground Turkey
1 Cup finely chopped coriander
½ Cup onion, finely chopped
2 Teaspoons cumin
1 Tsp chili powder
1 Tsp Celtic Sea salt

Directions
1. In a medium bowl, diced chiles with Turkey, mix cilantro, onion, cumin, chili powder and salt.
2. The lace cut the pepper and set aside.
3 Insert you pepper in 11 out of 7-inch baking dish.
4. The peppers with Turkey mixture stuff; Place to close tops on peppers.
5. Bake at 350 ° for 1 hour.

Gazpacho

Try one or both of these delicious gazpacho recipes!

Chunky gazpacho
Ingredients
1 green bell pepper, seeded and finely chopped
3-4 Skinned tomatoes, seeded and finely chopped
2 large cucumbers, peeled, seeded and finely chopped
1 large bunch coriander, finely chopped
1 large red onion, finely chopped
3 large garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 Teaspoon Tabasco or 2 Jalapeño Peppers, finely chopped
1 46-Ounce can tomato juice
1/4 Cup olive oil
Juice of 3 Limes (optional)
Celtic Sea salt and pepper to taste
Garnish: Coriander leaves for each shell

Directions
Carefully chopping the vegetables the same small size, then mix in with the tomato juice, oil, optional lime juice, sugar, salt and pepper. Let chill in the fridge overnight to heal. If you are ready to serve, ladle in shells and top each with a coriander leaf.

Spanish pureed salad
Ingredients
6 ripe tomatoes, peeled and chopped
1 Purple Onion, finely chopped
1 Cucumber, peeled, cored, chopped
1 sweet red bell pepper (or green) deseeded and chopped
2 Stalks celery, chopped
1-2 El chopped fresh parsley
2 El chopped fresh chives
1 Clove garlic, chopped
1/4 Cup red red wine vinegar
1/4 Cup olive oil
2 TBSP fresh squeezed lemon juice
Celtic Sea salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
6 or more drops Tabasco sauce to taste
1 Tsp Worcestershire sauce (omit for vegetarian)
4 Cups tomato juice

Directions
Combine all ingredients. Mix gently to desired consistency. Not metal, not reactive storage containers, cover tightly and refrigerate overnight, so mix the flavors.
* 8 Is used.

* Both recipes require 2 teaspoons of sugar. You can a very tiny bit stevia as a sweetener to replace.

Mashed sweet potatoes

Ingredients
* 5 or 6 large sweet potatoes, peeled
* 1 Stick butter
* 1/2 Teaspoon sea salt
* 1/4 Teaspoon of black pepper (optional)
* 1 Tablespoon honey or maple syrup (more or less to taste)

Directions
1. Potato Peel and cut into quarters. You simmer in a large 3-4 quart pot with water, added with 2 teaspoons of salt water.
2. After 20 minutes or to test to see if you are completely tender potatoes with a fork.
(3) While cooking, you drain water and return sweet potatoes of still-warm burner (leave burner toggle very low heat) Pan.
(4) Below on the pan add butter and stir until melted. Use a potato masher, mash add the sweet potatoes with butter, salt and pepper to taste. Add honey to sweeten, stir thoroughly.
5. Sweeten over the potatoes; Honey should be barely noticeable, but it should improve the natural sweetness of potatoes.

Ingredients
2 Cups chopped onions (1 large)
1/2 Cup pitted kalamata olives, coarsely chopped
1/2 Cup Julienne cut Sun draining halves dried tomatoes oil-packed
2 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 1/2 Teaspoon minced garlic bottled
1 Teaspoon Greek spice
1 / 2 Tsp Celtic Sea salt
1 / 4 Teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper
Turkey Breast 1 (4 lb) boneless, tailored
1/2 Cup fat-free, less sodium chicken broth, divided
3 Tablespoons arrowroot powder

Directions
1. Combine the first 9 ingredients in a crock pot. Add 1/4 cup chicken broth. Blankets and cooking with low for 7 hours.
2. Combine the remaining 1/4 cup broth and arrowroot in a small bowl; stir with a whisk until smooth. Add broth mixture to Cleopatra pot. Blankets and cooking with low for 30 minutes. Cut into slices Turkey.

* Makes 8 servings. Serve with brown rice or quinoa.

Spaghetti squash and Turkey Meatballs

Spaghetti squash and sauce
Ingredients
1 Spaghetti squash (4-5 pounds)
1 Onion, chopped
1 Clove garlic, chopped
6 Plum tomatoes, chopped
½ of Cup crushed tomatoes
2 Tablespoons tomato paste
½ of cup finely chopped fresh basil leaves

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Wrap the entire squash in slide. Place it on a baking sheet and bake for 1 to 2 hours, until you soft, with a fork, pierced which turn the squash halfway through cooking. You set aside to cool.
2. Heat a medium nonstick skillet over medium heat. (You can use butter support cooking.) Add the onion and garlic and cooking for 2 to 3 minutes until soft. Add plum tomatoes, crushed tomatoes, tomato and basil. Simmer gently for 15 minutes. Set aside.
3. Make Turkey Meatballs (see below). Pour the tomato sauce, you previously about the Meatballs in the baking dish aside. Cook for 10 more minutes.
4. Cut the cooked spaghetti squash in half. Remove and discard the seeds. Shovel squash from the shell from 3 cups. (Keep that other squash for future use). Arrange the squash on a serving platter and top with the Meatball marinara sauce mix.

Turkey Meatballs
Ingredients
1 lb. ground Turkey
1 Egg, beaten
½ Cup sprouted grain bread crumbs
1 El Worcestershire sauce
1-2 Cloves of garlic (depending on how much you like garlic)
1 Teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 Teaspoon salt

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. Mix all ingredients together in Bowl, roll into balls.
3. Place in baking dish.
4. Bake for 15 minutes or until cooked through.

Pumpkin pie pudding

Ingredients
* 4 large Medjool dates, pitted and coarsely chopped or fill enough about 1/4 cup
* only 1 / 4 teaspoon vanilla extract
* 1/4 Teaspoon pure Maple extract
* 1 / 2 Cup crushed overripe bananas, 1 medium (for the sweetest pudding, you wait until your banana a completely Brown - but not black - peeling has)
* 1/2 Cup pumpkin puree (homemade is particularly well in this recipe because you don't Cook) see recipe below!
* 1 / 2 Tsp ground cinnamon
* Spice recipe below 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie!
Directions
(1) Ceilings give dates with boiling water in a small bowl and let for 10 minutes or until very soft soak. Drain.
(2) In a food processor, combine to all ingredients and blend until very smooth.
(3) The best when eaten immediately. (I half the pudding in the refrigerator overnight and although still tasty, it tasted more banana y as pumpkin y and turned a darker, almost brownish color from the deadlines, spices and oxidized banana).
Pumpkin puree
1. Start with "Sugar" or "pie" pumpkins - you are smaller and sweeter than the large pumpkins uses for carving jack-o-lanterns.
2. Oven to 350 degrees F.
3. Coat of a Pan pan or Royal role sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
4. Cut squash in half. Scoop out and discard of seeds and pulp.
5. Put squash halves - cut pages down - in the Pan or on the sheet.
6. Bake for about 60-90 minutes, or until pumpkin delicate and easily pierced with a fork.
7. Leave roasted pumpkin rest at room temperature until cool enough to handle.
8. Pumpkin turn halves and shovel meat from the skin and into the Bowl a food processor. Puree until smooth.
9. Line a strainer or sieve with two layers of heavy-duty paper towel or gauze and place a bowl. Spoon puree in lined sieve and let drain for about 30 minutes.
10. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
Pumpkin pie spice
Combine the following:
* 1 / 4 Of Cup ground cinnamon
* 1 Tablespoon ground ginger
* 1 Tablespoon ground nutmeg
* 1 TEASPOON ground allspice
* 1 Teaspoon ground cloves

Although some of these sounds like a good thing (especially if you are a farmer!), we must now examine how the GMO foods in our bodies react and what kind of long-term impact you can have on our health.

Now, the introduction of GMO foods is still relatively new, we are in a way that is used as a "Guinea pig" in a massive experiment (ugh!). In April 2007, Arpad Pusztai, of the Rowett Research Institute in Aberdeen, UK, announced that experiments had shown intestinal changes in rats caused by eating genetically designed potatoes (and I don't know about you, but I'm not happy about someone trying to mess with my intestines).

This fact is not surprising me. It's amazing to me, how many people are now complaining about things like irritable bowel syndrome and other nagging digestive problems. I'm not saying that that is only cause for these conditions, but I'm sure eat GMO foods, it is an important factor (along with processed foods, but that's a story for another day).

OK, so what if you can not-GM maize get? (It is difficult to know, what brands and items are GMO and which are not) where adapts your DSP meal plan as corn?

Your body reads corn as a grain of sand, no vegetables first, so if you are to include it in your meals, this will the grain (carbohydrate) for your meal. So with corn and brown rice would have 2 grains in a meal. This is not necessarily off limits and not "bad" in any way, only weight consider if you are someone who is sensitive to grains, you lose more quickly by significantly reducing the number of grains eat every day. You can take to 2-3 weeks and follow "no grain" meal plans in the diet solution manual and see if that helps break all weight loss plateau and/or help your digestive system.

What about microwave popcorn?

The organic varieties contain preservatives (of course, to keep you in the Pocket) and have been shown, to contain the same chemical coating in your pocket, on non-stick Cookware (double YIKES!) is used. I would stay away from this stuff.

How about air popped popcorn?

This is your best bet and can be used in any case as an occasional snack. But note I said "sometimes". Keep in mind most people lose weight faster by many grains reduce (not necessarily elimination). Snacking on popcorn every day might and probably will be, hinder your weight loss efforts.

I hope this information helps you to make a more informed decision for your next barbecue and your next movie night. Keep in mind that corn is not off limits by any means, keep in mind you're looking for the no GMO varieties and including it as a grain and no vegetables in your meal plans.
