The Diet Solution Program - Stuffed peppers

Ingredients

6-8 Peppers (green, Orange, red or yellow)
2 (4 Oz) cans diced green chiles
1 Lb. ground Turkey
1 Cup finely chopped coriander
½ Cup onion, finely chopped
2 Teaspoons cumin
1 Tsp chili powder
1 Tsp Celtic Sea salt

Directions
1. In a medium bowl, diced chiles with Turkey, mix cilantro, onion, cumin, chili powder and salt.
2. The lace cut the pepper and set aside.
3 Insert you pepper in 11 out of 7-inch baking dish.
4. The peppers with Turkey mixture stuff; Place to close tops on peppers.
5. Bake at 350 ° for 1 hour.
