Mashed sweet potatoes

Ingredients
* 5 or 6 large sweet potatoes, peeled
* 1 Stick butter
* 1/2 Teaspoon sea salt
* 1/4 Teaspoon of black pepper (optional)
* 1 Tablespoon honey or maple syrup (more or less to taste)

Directions
1. Potato Peel and cut into quarters. You simmer in a large 3-4 quart pot with water, added with 2 teaspoons of salt water.
2. After 20 minutes or to test to see if you are completely tender potatoes with a fork.
(3) While cooking, you drain water and return sweet potatoes of still-warm burner (leave burner toggle very low heat) Pan.
(4) Below on the pan add butter and stir until melted. Use a potato masher, mash add the sweet potatoes with butter, salt and pepper to taste. Add honey to sweeten, stir thoroughly.
5. Sweeten over the potatoes; Honey should be barely noticeable, but it should improve the natural sweetness of potatoes.
